Learn how to use and manage World's #1 CRM! Learn how to use and manage Salesforce to help companies and organizations manage their customers. See what a Salesforce Administrator does in the daily business life! After the course you can take the ADM201 or ADX201 certificate.

​Requirements
  • Fluent in English

  • Self-study experienced

  • Interested in CRM systems

  • Time commitment at least 8 hours a week (classes + self-study)

  • Register on Trailhead and complete this trailmix

Commitment

Students are expected to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week - including attendance to the course (4 hours/week) and self-learning at home (6hours/week). 80% attendance of the course is required for graduation.

Dates

The Onboarding Week takes place in the second week of September.

Semester starts in September and ends on December.

Classes are on Mondays, 16:00 - 18:00 and Wednesdays, 18:30 - 20:30.
