We are a non-profit tech school offering free IT-courses on several levels to women with migrant- and refugee backgrounds. Our focus is to create digital empowerment by supporting women in getting access to digital skills and a social and professional network in Denmark. Besides the weekly courses, we also offer soft skills workshops and company visits in collaboration with our partners.
ReDI School was launched in Copenhagen in the fall 2019 which was made possible by The Coca-Cola Foundation. In January 2020 we received a donation from The VELUX Foundation for adapting and developing our program further to make the biggest possible impact. We collaborate with partners from both the business sector, public sector and NGO's - and most importantly a group of dedicated volunteer teachers. Together we set out to provide our students with new opportunities by supporting them in improving their digital skills and soft skills, as well helping them create contact to potential employers.
We are currently running 6 courses with 60 students and 40 volunteer teachers in 3 different course locations in the fall semester 2020. Se more about joining our courses as a student here, volunteering with us here or partnering with us here.

"Through this course I've learned that women can accomplish so much more. I've been happy to see all of these women together, it makes me stronger too. Therefore I believe that women can do everything."
